Absolutely not, most of the assignments we do are without the customer being present. If we depend on us to enter your car (mainly interior wash) you can also consider posting the key and writing a message to the technician in our app.

Absolutely! As long as we are allowed to do the job then we are more than happy to do it, but we have to have some space to move around the car. At least 60 cm, but preferably a meter.

For car wash we need to be able to park our car max 1 meter away from your car.

We are continuously expanding, both by including new postcodes in our areas, as well as expanding into new cities. The easiest way to get notified when we are available to you is to register a profile and enter your address. Then we send an SMS when we are ready to provide services there.

Absolutely, you can both change the time, content as well as cancel it if something has got in the way. Please note that the deadline for cancellation is 18:00 on the day before the appointment. After this time, we will have scheduled the order of the assignments in tomorrow's itineraries, and will possibly charge a small fee for cancelled or moved appointments.

If there are deep scratches going through the top layers of the varnish, you will need microvarnishing, which we do not offer on site. In that case, we will be able to help you get the price.

Norwegian law states a minimum tread depth of 1.6 mm for summer tires. For winter tires, a minimum of 3 mm is required. This applies to passenger cars, light trucks and buses up to 3.5 tonnes (Statens Vegvesen). We recommend that you change both summer tyres and winter tyres at a minimum tread depth of 4 mm, to ensure sufficient properties on wet roads, which is the case in Norway, even in summer. Tires with less than 4 mm tread depth lose their original drainage properties for water, snow and slush, and should be replaced.

Tire noise is created by the rubber being pressed against the surface while driving, and of course cannot be completely avoided. In contrast, there is a big difference between tires and how much noise they generate. The varying noise level is based on the quality of the material used to produce the tire, the rubber compound, the construction and dimension, as well as the substrate and how fast one drives. Modern quality tyres are quieter than cheaper tyres and offer considerably better driving comfort.

For car wash we need to be able to park our car max 1 meter away from your car. Please note that some condominiums have restrictions on car washes in public areas. Unfortunately, this is not something we can find out, so we assume that you as a customer have clarification on this when ordering from us.

In order for you to enjoy our great prices, we rely on having the shortest possible time between each assignment. When you make an appointment within one of our time frames we can group your appointment with your neighbours and then send confirmation at a more specific time.

A good start is to make sure that we have access to the tires, preferably located within 25 meters of the car. We also value our employees very much, so if for their safety you can place the car on a flat surface and with the handbrake on, we would be very grateful.

Last but not least, if your wheel bolts have lock nuts it is very important that we have access to it. These come in a large number of different varieties, so unfortunately we don't have the option of having these as part of our standard tool.

Noddi has liability insurance from If. Should we, against presumption, be unfortunate enough to do any damage to a car or house, we will of course make sure that you do not become the victim of this.

If you want to send a message to the technician, you can click on the link we send you by SMS stating that the appointment has been confirmed. When you are next on the list you will also have the opportunity to call the technician from there. You are also always welcome to call our call center if there are any messages we are going to pass on.

The price for tire hotels is per season. The price includes tire changes made now, and retention until next season. If you wish to cancel the contract, you can pay a small amount to have the tyres delivered to your home or pick them up at one of our depots yourself.

You can estimate the monthly storage price yourself by taking the tire hotel price, subtracting the tire change price from our price list, and dividing by 6 months.

If you book a tire hotel without exchange (that we will only collect your tires) we will only charge for the months we store the tires until the next season (estimated to start on May 1 in the spring and November 1 in the fall)

Remediation of scratches with polishing and grinding will in the vast majority of cases make the scratch virtually invisible, or only visible from certain angles in bright light. 100% removal of the scratch will require repainting the area, a process that is much more extensive and expensive.

The final total depends on how extensive the scratch damage is, and how many there are. Most jobs are in the range of 1000kr to 3000kr
